That’s right. We take pride in 100% customer satisfaction. If at any time within your first 60 days of purchase you don’t agree PURE is the best sunscreen you’ve ever used golfing we will refund you. No questions asked.

How To Begin The Refund Process

To start a refund, you can contact us at support@backnineskincare.com and we will be happy to help.

Please note, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve processed your refund, please contact us at support@backnineskincare.com.

Exceptions

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Return Shipping

Orders that received free shipping at checkout are subject to the cost of return shipping. This return shipping cost is automatically deducted from your refund once the return is processed at our warehouse.
